Due to the continued slow performance of the ITD GEM software system we will not be allowing customers to join the waiting line after 1 PM. This will allow our staff to assist all customers by the close of the business day. It will also allow us a short time at the end of each day to work on the back log of back office transactions that need processed. We ask customers for your continued patience as ITD continues to enhance their systems hardware and software packages.
